What's Needed ?

MUST have fast pace experience
MUST have Food Manufacturing experience. .
MUST be able to lift 50 pounds.
Able to cross trains to perform work on other lines or in other production areas as needed.
Able to participate fully in meetings/huddles, trainings and team building events.
Able to adhere to the concept of team, aligning to and supporting the company's goals and sharing knowledge.
Able to comply to GMP, Food Safety, Food Defense and Food Quality regulations as required.
Able to communicate to appropriate facility management of any non-conformity issues or violations found.

What's the Job ?

Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
Inspects raw materials against quality standards before loading raw materials.
Works as a team with operators to ensure no line stoppages and improve operations.
Unloading boxes of up to 50lbs from the conveyor belt according to size and stacking them onto pallets in correct pattern.
Clean and prepare containers for packing.
Check to ensure containers are damage free.
