Where you’ll work:

All internships will be fully remote.

 

How you’ll contribute:

As a Financial Projections Intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting the team to prepare forward-looking actuarial liability projections that form the basis of the corporate Financial Plan for Brighthouse Financial.

 

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Offer support for producing projections for various product lines and use-cases.
• Run models and identify any shortcomings in model results.
• Develop Excel comparison tools to support variance analysis.
• Review and update existing documentation as needed.

 

We’re looking for people who have:

• Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors studying mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or some other analytical field.
• Eagerness to learn with a positive attitude towards working with others.
• Actively studying for or taking pre-ASA level exams with the Society of Actuaries.
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

• $23/hour pay; 40-hour work weeks (with the exception of holiday weeks) 
• 10-week summer program: 5/27/2025 to 8/1/2025
