What You Will Be Doing The Accounts Receivable and Cash Application Manager will manage all aspects of financial operations including accounts receivable, collections, credit risk assessment and cash applications. Have hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and a strong ability to lead and build processes with a focus on continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage the A/R function effectively while driving enhancements in our cash application processes. You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness of A/R and cash application processes. Develop and execute continuous improvement plans, leveraging technology and best practices. In this role you will: Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation Develop and maintain A/R aging reports, providing insights and action plans to reduce outstanding receivables Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and implement effective collection strategies Develop and maintain A/R aging reports, providing insights and action plans to reduce outstanding receivables Manage the accurate and timely application of customer payments in SAP S4 HANA Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies related to payments and credits.
