A growing pharmaceutical group is seeking for a talented Accounting Manager to join their organization. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for supporting month end close processing, maintaining account receivables balances, audits, and updating financial reporting and analysis. The accounting manager will support pharmacy billing and reporting processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the monthly accounting close process
- Work with data analysts on month end 340B/Covered Entity financial entries
- Provide periodic cost and reimbursement analytics on top medications
- Assist in routine forecast and budget updates.
- Ensure proper accruals are reviewed and maintained
- Maintain month end financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support patient accounts receivable accounts
- Validate and maintain inventory balances
- Work with external auditors to complete annual audit
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
