Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and compliance.
* Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
* Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and support audit preparation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes and system integrations.
* Mentor and supervise accounting staff, fostering professional growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong ERP experience required; proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) highly preferred.
* Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
