Accounts Receivable Specialist (40758)

Our client is an organization in the Fond Du Lac area looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Our client is looking for someone with related experience, a team player and strong communication skills!

The salary range for this position is $22-25/hr.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and process customer invoices.
• Review and accurately bill sales tax when applicable.
• Communicate with customers regarding payments.
• Daily cash payment receipting and reconciling.
• Prepare monthly statements.
• Assist team with month end and annual audit.
• Assist with related special projects, as required.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of AR experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
