Psychiatric facility looking to bring on ACNO! Bonus Potential 20% and Sign On Bonus!
(ACNO) assists the CNO in executive-level management of resources, strategic planning and development of policies and procedures which ensure congruence with the mission and vision of the organization. Reports to COO > dotted lines to DCNE, CNO at affiliated Medical Center.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Master's Degree in nursing or another appropriate postgraduate health science degree is required.
- 3+ years of experience in management and supervisory nursing role.
- 60 Bed Behavioral Health Hospital - licensed under the Medical Center.
- (2) 24 Bed Adult Units & (1) 12 Bed Adolescent Unit.
- The ACNO is apart of a 3 person exec team which includes (COO, ACNO, AVP Nursing Ops)
- Highly collaboration environment; overall strategy is given and will need to implement.
- Candidate must be willing to be educated.
- FTEs: 75 (total close to 100).
- 2 Managers, a number of house supervisors and CNCs, floor staff as well as Mental Health Techs.
MUST HAVE Inpatient BH hospital experience or BH Unit within an acute care hospital, or a BH Stand Alone Hospital.
