Title: Agile Scrum Master- (GC & USC)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Not more than 45 miles)- Hybrid role

Duration: 12 Months

Note : Looking for Lead Scrum master who handle the 3-4 big team with banking experience is mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity

Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team

Support the team in removing impediments

Resolve conflicts and issues that arise

Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables

Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives

Knowledge and exposure to agile practices

Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, ability to provide candid but caring feedback

Problem solving to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery
