Appliance Maintenance Technician
IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A COMMERCIAL APPLIANCE TECHNICIAN
Don?t have commercial laundry repair experience? No problem.
Bring your mechanical know-how and curiosity, and we?ll handle the training.
We?re looking for a mechanically inclined technician to join the team at a single-site facility in West Houston. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with general mechanical or electrical maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting and working hands-on.
Experience with laundry equipment is a big plus ? but not required if you have a strong technical foundation and a willingness to learn.
Who We?re Looking For:
-Recent experience doing general repair work on mechanical and electrical systems
-Investigative, resourceful, and good at problem-solving
-Listens well to equipment operators to understand issues
-Not a know-it-all ? asks questions, stays teachable, and wants to grow
-Safety-conscious, especially with lockout/tagout procedures
-Reliable, collaborative, and able to work in hot, physically active environments
What You?ll Do:
-Assist in maintaining and repairing commercial washers, dryers, ironers, and steam-fed equipment
-Work alongside a Senior Equipment Specialist for on-the-job training
-Document machine issues and repairs
-Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe
-Build your skills and become a key part of the maintenance team
