Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct yourself as a positive, frontline representative of Kleiber Construction at all times
Uphold Kleiber Construction’s core values: Be a Team Player, Positive Attitude, Accountability, Quality, Trust
Produce Cabinet Vision drafts and final engineering drawings with detail to execute through production
Continuously enhance Cabinet Vision methodology to curate the best production and installation processes
Collaborate with the shop Foreman and production team to determine areas for enhancing shop operations and optimizing production efficiency
Complete S2M nesting optimization and implement g-code into CNC
Develop designs which meet manufacturing requirements and customer expectations
Consult on required Cabinet Vision licenses and stay up to date with software upgrades
Provide architectural guidance to Construction Project Managers on cabinetry options for a specific space/project
Engineer and maintain Cabinet Vision library, materials, and construction methods for efficient drafting
Work closely with sales, design, and production staff to understand input and output flows
Guarantee the cabinet design can be engineered and transported into the home, considering door sizes, turns, and stairwells
Field measure installation area and make adjustments as needed before sending draft to production
Prepare project estimates and proposals based on Client desires
Manage project schedule, priority, and expectations from Client conception through final installation

Qualifications:

2-4 years cabinetry design experience in Cabinet Vision or similar software
A bachelor's degree or Technical Degree in Architectural Woodworking/Cabinetmaking, Millwork, or a related discipline
Must be able to solve practical problems using mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
Demonstrated understanding of cabinet construction principles, materials, and joinery techniques
Experience working directly with cabinet makers or in a cabinet manufacturing environment is highly desirable
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
