What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of 4+ restaurant units
- Coach and develop General Managers and teams
- Review guest feedback and lead improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Conduct operational audits, ensuring quality, food safety, and brand standards
- Build labor plans and manage P&Ls to meet or exceed financial targets
- Support hiring, performance management, and succession planning
- Ensure all locations meet health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Defend strategic decisions and present development plans to leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Proven multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual environments
- Strong P&L and financial acumen
- A servant leader mindset focused on team development and retention
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Stable work history (minimal job-hopping)
- Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity (if not already local)
