MAX is looking for an Artist Relations Analyst to support our growing Artist Relations team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to break into the music and marketing industry, work with artists and their teams, and learn the ins and outs of brand partnerships in music.
You’ll help us research and track artists, prepare materials for brand campaigns, manage communications, and support licensing and content workflows. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to labels, managers, artists, and major brand clients.
What You’ll Do:
Research and source artists that align with brand campaigns
Support the Artist Relations team with outreach emails, scheduling, and follow-ups
Help prep deal memos, licensing summaries, and usage right documentation
Assist with music licensing and sync clearance paperwork
Track artist logistics for content shoots and experiential activations
Assist, organize, and plan campaign activations
Maintain CRM and campaign tracking tools with artist status updates
Help monitor artist press, content timelines, and campaign deliverables
What You Bring:
Passion for music, marketing, and the artist side of the industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Bachelor’s degree or relevant internship/work experience
Location: Frisco, TX -In office
Bonus: familiarity with music licensing or digital content production
