HCA Florida Highlands Hospital is seeking a full time Associate Chief of Hospital Medicine to help lead our hospital medicine team in Sebring, Florida.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• ABIM Board Certified
• 2 years of previous leadership experience preferred
• May consider ABFM with recent hospitalist and leadership experience

ABOUT OUR HOSPITALIST PROGRAM:

• No procedures
• No codes
• Open ICU, intensivist coverage
• Schedule is 7am to 7pm - 7 on/ 7 off block scheduling, with some flexibility
• Dedicated Nocturnist - 7pm to 7am on staff
• 4 Physicians plus APPs full-time team with a deep per diem roster
