Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, an understanding of immigration law, and a genuine commitment to advocating for immigrant communities. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload including removal defense, family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, business visas, asylum, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS, EOIR, and other federal agencies
• Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies
• Prepare and file applications, motions, briefs, and appeals
• Maintain accurate case files and client communications
• Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration law and policy
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with a state bar (any U.S. jurisdiction)
• 1 – 2 years of experience in immigration law preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
