Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of Labor and Employment law.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represented clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
- Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in California.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently.
