Premier full service Texas law firm is looking for an experienced eDiscovery attorney to join its team in Dallas! This role requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and licensure in the State of Texas.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, preferably in a law firm, corporate legal department, or vendor setting, working on complex and/or large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges. Experience working on both state and federal cases is a plus.
Proficiency in eDiscovery software (e.g., DISCO, Everlaw, Relativity, or similar), understanding of current Discovery case law, Best Practices and local court practices required.
If you're detailed and organized and have a thorough understanding of processes at each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
You'll have the ability to work directly with clients, vendor partners, as well as attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants within the firm. You'll also work with opposing counsel and counsel for third parties on Discovery Issues.
