Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Audio Video Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio and video systems. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless installation process.
Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and test audio and video equipment including projectors, screens, speakers, amplifiers, and control systems.
- Perform site surveys to determine installation requirements and provide recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audio and video systems.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations.
- Provide training to clients on the use of installed systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure project completion.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Audio Video Installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of audio and video equipment and systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in audiovisual technology or related field.
- Experience with smart home automation systems.
- Familiarity with network and IT infrastructure related to AV systems.
