Job Description
Mission Vehicles is a turn-key vehicle upfitter focused on police vehicles, commercial work trucks and off-road. Building off of the McSweeney’s 45 year experience as a worldwide leader in custom vehicles, Mission is truly a one-stop-shop for base chassis, as well as upfit components, which include police lighting and sirens, consoles and gun cabinets, vehicle graphics and tint, work truck bodies, crane bodies and off-road performance improvements.
Tint and Graphics Installer will be responsible for the precise application of window tint and vinyl graphics to various vehicle types, while also insuring a clean and professional work environment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a steady hand, and an artistic eye to ensure a flawless finish on every point.
Job Duties:
- Install window tint on an array of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs and other recreational vehicles)
- Continuously improve skills in window tinting techniques and st abreast of industry needs
- Knowledge of tint materials and their application, as well as the ability to use appropriate tools and equipment efficiently
- Management of tinting supplies and applicable maintenance
- Skillful use of cutting software for precise measurements and cutting of tint materials to fit different window sizes perfectly
- Removal of graphics and adhesive from vehicles and various substrates
- Preperatipons of vehicles for installation: washing/cleaning, isopropyl alcohol, primer application, removal of emblems and various parts/accessories from vehicles ie: mirrors, wipers, antennas, lights, ect.
- Knowledge of proper skills and techniques in the industry, including 3M. MUST know proper cutting, sealing and setting procedures
- Removal of mirrors, vehicles parts and accessories
- Installation of vinyl graphics and custom wraps and lettering on various vehicles and units
- Ability to complete projects within the agreed time frame without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance as needed.
