Job Description
Skybridge Aviation is hiring an avionics technician in Fort Worth, Texas to work on a variety of civilian rotary wing aircraft including Airbus, Bell, Agusta and MD Helicopters.
The avionics technician will be responsible for:
- Assembling and installing electrical components on rotary wing aircraft.
- Installing and testing complex avionics equipment and electrical systems on rotary wing aircraft.
- Testing avionics equipment and electrical systems on rotary wing aircraft.
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and avionics systems on rotary wing aircraft.
- Other related duties.
The most qualified avionics technician will have the following experience:
- 3+ years of avionics and electrical installations on rotary wing or fixed wing aircraft required
- 3+ years of avionics and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience on rotary wing or fixed wing aircraft required
- Experience with Autopilot, NAV/COM, GPS and RVSM preferred.
- Avionics or aircraft maintenance certifications preferred but not required.
This opportunity is offered Monday through Friday on the day shift. Per diem is available to eligible candidates.
