We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented senior bankruptcy paralegal to join our team in a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare bankruptcy petitions, client correspondence, and draft pleadings.
Manage case files to ensure progress aligns with established processes and procedures.
Conduct meetings with clients in person or via phone/Zoom.
Oversee court dockets and prepare files for court hearings.
Assist clients with 341 preparation and attendance.
Collaborate with attorneys on various aspects of client matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of bankruptcy experience is required.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and writing abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of legal service experience in a law firm setting.
This is an in-house position; we are unable to accept remote applicants at this time.

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
