Join our team at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh as a Banquet Server
Summary of your role:
* Set up tables with china, silverware, and other service equipment; and break down assigned banquet rooms according to banquet event orders.
* Services of food and beverages according to standards and banquet event orders.
* Handles guest requests.
* Maintains cleanliness of banquet rooms, public areas, banquet pantry and storage areas.
* Maintain inventory of supplies.
* Communicates frequently with supervisors as to the progress of the days work.
* Should be able to push/pull carts up to 50 pounds.
* Should be able to carry trays up to 25 pounds.
A passion for hospitality / food service is required.
Previous food / Banquet Server experience is preferred.
For each position we require at least one positive / verifiable references, a background check, a willingness to be a team player, and the ability to work weekends.
