Hiring experienced Bartender/Bar Manager for high volume cocktail bar/restaurant in Sunset Park 4-5 days/week. Resume + references required.

Responsibilities

-Place Liqour orders & other bar supplies. Maintain inventory.

-Create bar & waitstaff schedule

-Oversee bar sanitation

-Tracks customer feedback and POS sales.

-Ensure continuity of recipes for bar staff.

-Oversee planning for special events.

-Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.

-Oversees bar & waitstaff.

-Initiates and maintains vendor relationships.

-Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
