Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Autism Healthcare provider that specialise in ABA. They are actively seeking a highly skilled BCBA to join the company, ensure quality based care, maintain compliance and manage a caseload.
The ideal candidate is a highly competent BCBA who will be responsible for providing quality care within 1 ABA Clinic program. The role will involve overseeing quality assurance and training/mentoring RBT's.
