About the Role:
As a Primary BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in our clinic's success by:
Managing remote BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans.
Providing compassionate care to families and children.
Compensation and Benefits:

Initial annual salary of $120,000.00 guaranteed for the first 90 days as you build your caseload.

Requirements:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the BACB.
Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation skills.
Minimum two years' experience in an ABA program with supervision of RBTs.
Ability to foster a positive clinic culture.
Physical Demands:
Regular communication and mobility required, including standing, walking, and assisting patients.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
