Our mission is to provide winery clients with professional, onsite bottling services impacting their success with a cost saving solution to their packaging needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, career based role for a Bottling Truck Production Manager with growth opportunities. The role involves overseeing the bottling production of wine, and all aspects of running and maintaining equipment, and the bottling trucks on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production processes to meet demand. Self motivated individuals will be required to meet daily performance metrics, keeping the truck meticulously clean, maintained, and well organized while providing excellent customer service to our valued clients. We train you to perform at an optimal level, and efficiently run and adjust the equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management or manufacturing
• Mechanical apptitude a plus
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and production optimization
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance in production environments
• Understanding and implementing food safety practices, and our standard operating procedures
• Clean driving record
• Ability to travel
• Forward thinking and goal oriented.
