Job Description

Vibrissa Beer is an award-winning brewery and kitchen with two locations: right off the walking mall in historic Winchester, Virginia and on historic Main Street in Front Royal, Virginia. This position is for our Front Royal Taproom and Restaurant.

Our goal is to create a gathering place for our customers where they feel welcomed and cared for, whether they seek small intimate gatherings, large catered events, or anything in-between. We designed and built-out our facilities with that goal in mind – our Front Royal location includes a spacious taproom, beautiful outdoor beer garden, and full-service kitchen. Vibrissa specializes in upscale pub fare and nationally award-winning beer. 

We are currently looking for Servers in our Front Royal Location who can participate on a high performing team, dedicated to delivering great customer service. The Server position is a tipped position. Servers typically earn $20-$25+ per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a warm and inviting way
• Accurately record drink and food orders, ensuring everything comes out to the customer correctly
• Have good knowledge of the menu and make recommendations based on customers allergies and dietary preferences
• Deliver food to tables, making sure customers have everything they need
• Clearing dirty dishes and glassware from tables in an a quick and efficient manner
• End of night & running side work to keep the restaurant clean
• Deliver a great customer experience consistently

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Friendly, polite, and approachable
• Outgoing personality
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• High standard of personal hygiene
• Experience as a Server a plus
• Knowledge of craft beer and cocktails a plus

Weekend and Holiday hours are required for this position. Time off requests are limited yearly.
