Job Description
North American Mechanical, Inc. (NAMI) is seeking a BIM Specialist to be part of a collaborative effort to draft detailed construction drawings used in the planning and construction of HVAC & Plumbing projects.
Job Duties:
- Coordinating construction projects with a focus in Mechanical.
- Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
- Building coordination and prefab documents.
Qualifications:
- Working or educational experience utilizing REVIT.
- 3+ years of BIM/CAD working experience
- An understanding of Shop Drawings/Submittals.
- Understanding of Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical blueprints.
- Self-motivated to work on your own and work well within a team.
- Aptitude for learning and desire to succeed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of organization and management skills.
