Must haves:

Experience supporting construction technology applications – ideally Procore, Autodesk, and/or Primavera P6
Technical troubleshooting skills - ability to support end users and resolve application issues
Experience working closely with field teams, project managers, and operations staff
Familiarity with construction workflows and processes
Comfortable collecting and analyzing business requirements and identifying process inefficiencies
Strong communication skills - able to translate technical issues for non-technical users
