We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in Healthcare Data Integration. This role plays a crucial part in facilitating the seamless flow of clinical data from various sources to our data warehouse, as well as supporting report building initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and a solid understanding of healthcare data management.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data integration between clinical data sources and the data warehouse.
· Conduct thorough analysis of existing clinical data sources, data structures, and integration requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
· Translate business needs into detailed technical documentation, including data integration specifications, data mappings, and data transformation rules.
· Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure accurate and efficient documentation of production data.
· Partner with business and clinical operations teams to gather requirements and document specifications for report building and analytics.
· Act as a liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and clinical operations teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities and objectives.
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that implemented solutions meet business needs and requirements.
· Continuously assess and improve data integration processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
Qualifications
· 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a focus on data integration and analytics.
· Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and documentation practices.
· Experience working with clinical data sources and healthcare data, with knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and Salesforce data structures (preferred but not required).
· Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
