Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare company is looking for a Business Analyst Consultant to join our innovative healthcare team, embedded within our Patient Services and Marketing Strategy functions.
***THIS POSITION IS HYBRID 3X A WEEK IN METTAWA, IL***
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate and manage data across patient services and marketing strategy functions
- Deliver meaningful performance insights on GTM and enrollment initiatives
- Develop visual dashboards and data models (Power BI preferred)
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, IoT, Integrated Ops, and BTS
- Act as a go-to data expert, proactively identifying trends and opportunities
- Support an agile work model, with quick iteration and strong stakeholder communication
- Handle requests via reports, manager requests, and customer tickets
Qualifications:
Required (in order of priority):
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and database management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to frame data into business stories
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and business-oriented decision-making
Preferred (in order of priority):
- Experience in pharmaceutical commercial environments
- AWS Big Data certification
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
- Advanced Python skills
