Performs data review on a structured and ad-hoc basis, looking for pre-established variances and ensuring data accuracy.
Utilizes multiple data sources to conduct data quality control to ensure data efficacy between systems.
Ensure systems meet business requirements and quality standards through analytics and best practices.
Collaborates with business and IT teams and participates in defect triage meetings.
Completes test planning, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, along with troubleshooting concerns addressed and debugging.
Involved in after-hours deployment efforts and post-deployment verification testing.
Develop testing solutions for teams to increase efficiency.
Performs other duties and projects assigned.

Experience with HR data and technology
Demonstrates some knowledge of QA testing methods
Minimum of two (2) + years of experience with Workday
Experience working in an agile/Sprint model is a plus.
Demonstrates ability to perform root cause analysis.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and ability to compare data between multiple sources
Expert skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.
Ability to work on Sunday evenings (take off early during the remaining week)

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of three (3) + years of work experience in data quality assurance
