Business Development Representative (BDR) – DIRECTV Lodging & Institutional Sales

Location: Orange County, California (IN PERSON - NOT REMOTE - MUST BE ABLE TO COME TO OFFICE)

Compensation: $54,000 base + $54,000+ in bonus/commissions

We are the nation's largest DIRECTV reseller in the Lodging & Institutional (L&I) space , and we’re building a world-class inside sales team to match our reputation and explosive growth. We're hiring 4 high-performing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment and be recognized and rewarded for results .

What You’ll Do:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social selling
• Drive new revenue by booking meetings, uncovering needs, and helping close deals in senior living, hospitality, and institutional verticals
• Collaborate with our sales leadership to refine pitches, improve conversion rates, and hit your numbers
• Maintain a high level of activity and energy – this is a fast-moving, high-reward environment
• Track pipeline and performance in CRM with precision
