Jack Cawthon`s Bar B Que in Nashville, TN is looking for one butcher to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 334 W Trinity Ln. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Position pays $14/hr plus tips currently are looking for someone who knows there way around cutting and cooking some good old smoke BBQ.

Responsibilities

• Process meat cuts according to portions and business standards
• Oversee quality control
• Maintain cutting equipment functionality
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are met including proper storage of meats
• Outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Experience working as a butcher or similar role
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work with and coordinate with a team to ensure success
