Remote Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Schedule: Open availability, Monday-Sunday
Pay: $14.25 per hour
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
About the Role

In this role, you'll provide high-quality customer service, make outbound calls, set appointments, and assist customers with their needs. You'll use provided tools and scripts to ensure smooth interactions while maintaining professionalism and integrity in every conversation.
What You'll Do
Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Make outbound calls for various programs and projects
Accurately document customer interactions
Upsell products and services when applicable
Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format
Stay up to date on products, services, and promotions
What You'll Need
At least 1 year of call center experience (working with an automatic dialer and call scripting) - required for remote candidates
A clear, professional, and friendly voice
Strong communication and active listening skills
Excellent attendance and reliability
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate different software programs
Sales experience (preferred)
High school diploma or GED
Work-from-Home Requirements
PC or Laptop with Windows 10 or later (Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet required)
USB-connected headset
Webcam
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
