We are is seeking a friendly and motivated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our customer support team in New Jersey. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers, providing information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of DraftNote Design’s services to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide exceptional service by actively listening to customer needs and demonstrating empathy.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
