Job Description:
We are is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
Pay Range:
$1050 - $1250 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and call center software.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
