Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will engage with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
- Ability to multitask, managing multiple customer interactions at once.
