Your primary duties will involve handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. You will be trained on our products and services, allowing you to provide accurate information and solutions tailored to individual customer needs

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
- Offer additional products or services to customers based on their needs and inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company database accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts with professionalism.
- Familiarity with customer service software and telephone systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
