Salary: $21.98/hr

Location: fully onsite in Geneseo, NY

A large client of ours, a financial consulting firm, is looking to add Call Center Representatives to their team. The position is open due to growth within the organization. This position is fully onsite in Geneseo, NY and candidates must be able to start ASAP. Compensation is $21.98/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Dial outbound calls to clients regarding their outstanding loan payments
• Provide financial support to clients via phone and email correspondence
• Client Management

Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
