Cardiac Sonographer

Responsibilities:

Maintain echocardiography services in accordance with standards established by the American Society of Echocardiography as well as State and Federal agencies.
Perform echo exams on patients as ordered by physicians with first priority given to trauma and critically ill patients.
Select proper ultrasound techniques to provide optimum quality ultrasounds.
Maintain equipment and supplies, required records, documents, and statistics.
Working with the Medical Director, medical staff and technical staff to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in fast paced environment
Effective communication and organization skills
1+ years of Echocardiography experience or equivalent education and training preferred
Open to working onsite at Middlebury VT facility
