Are you an Independent Contract delivery driver who is interested in contract opportunity in the
Associated Couriers is looking for a dependable and professional Delivery Driver (**CDL Class C with Hazmat Endorsement**) for a local delivery.
We are looking for a Master Contractor that can run this route Monday evenings. There is an opportunity to acquire more work upon availability.
Qualified applicants are required have the following:
* At least 21 or older
* Has an active CDL class C driver's license with hazmat endorsement
* Currently holds a valid DOT Med Card
* Be able to lift/carry up to 105 lbs
* Has a clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents on the past 3 years
* Carry 100k/300k bodily injury and property damage primary auto insurance
* Possesses a minivan, cargo van or SUV that will be needed for this contract
**Pay**: $350 per day

Associated Couriers uses a contract management platform called Openforce for Independent Contractors. Since this is a contract, you are essentially your own business and there are costs that go with owning your business which include the following:
**Weekly Fees:**
* A weekly Openforce (Contract management Platform) fee for $12
* A weekly Next Stop Mobile (dispatch software) fee per user of $5
* Monthly occupational insurance fee (work comp insurance) which is 2% of settlements up to $65 per month
