In this essential role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, always adhering to their care plans and supervisor directives.
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
* Observing and reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being to the nursing team.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
* Collaborating effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
* Documenting care provided accurately and thoroughly.
* Upholding resident rights and maintaining strict confidentiality.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum of a 10th-grade education.
* Active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California
* CPR certification is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully.
* A compassionate and patient demeanor.
* A commitment to teamwork and a positive work ethic.
