Key Responsibilities• Prepare and distribute medications under pharmacist supervision
• Conduct patient interviews to determine current medications
• Manage automated dispensing systems (e.g., Pyxis)
• Replenish drug boxes and crash carts
• Assist with inventory management and purchasing
• Participate in educational in-service programs
• Ensure compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 regulations (for Chemo IV Tech position)
• Maintain cleanliness of IV ante and clean rooms
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in Ohio (or eligible)
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
