Your Role: As a School Psychologist at PTS, you're not just a practitioner; you're a catalyst for change. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate counseling and mentorship to students navigating social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to assess eligibility for special education services.
- Crafting tailored interventions and monitoring student progress to ensure no child gets left behind.
- Creating safe, nurturing classroom environments where every student can thrive.
- Harnessing the power of data to drive school improvement initiatives and enhance student outcomes.
- Being a beacon of support during crises, offering leadership, direct services, and community referrals as needed.
Who We're Looking For: You're more than just a licensed psychologist; you're a champion for children's rights and wellbeing. To join our team, you'll need:
- A State License in Psychology.
- Clearances that prove you're as committed to child safety as we are.
