Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our Oceanside team. This is a full-time, entry-level position with room to grow. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and inspecting a variety of military gear to meet strict CIF standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and inspect military equipment (e.g. packs, plate carriers, frames, inserts, straps, etc.)
• Follow standardized cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Ensure gear meets CIF return standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Assist with inventory intake and gear tracking

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
• Prior cleaning or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
