Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clean Room Assembler to join a production team in Sparta, NJ . In this role, you will be responsible for assembling single-use systems and components within a controlled cleanroom environment , ensuring all work complies with CGMP standards and internal quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble small components (e.g., tubing and connectors) according to technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols including gowning procedures, sterile handling, and equipment usage.
- Perform precision tasks such as measuring, cutting, and aligning materials during the assembly process.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed as required by company procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Ability and willingness to wear full cleanroom PPE including scrubs, bunny suit, face mask, safety eyewear, gloves, and shoe covers.
- Must be comfortable working in a fully gowned, ISO-regulated environment for extended periods.
