Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and mentor clinical staff within Med/Surg units
- Develop and implement educational programs to improve clinical competencies and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and drive continuous improvement
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive salary based on experience and education
- Additional $6/hour for evening hours
- Full-time, permanent position with PTO, 401K, and comprehensive benefits
Qualifications:
- Active NJ RN license (or compact state license)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or currently pursuing an MSN
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, or Emergency Department settings
- Previous leadership or clinical education experience preferred
