Clinical Nutrition – Renal Dietitian
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in renal nutrition or nephrology settings.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist in New York State.
Duties:
- Provides medical nutrition therapy for patients with kidney disease.
- Develops diet plans for dialysis and pre-dialysis patients.
- Educates patients on fluid balance, phosphorus, potassium, and protein intake.
- Collaborates with nephrologists to optimize dietary interventions.
- Adjusts nutrition plans based on lab results and treatment progress.
Pay: Medium weekly pay range: $1,900 - $2,400 per week
