REQUIRED SKILLS:
Licensed in state of Colorado.
One (1) year of work experience within the last three (3) years of strongly preferred in the preparation and handling of chemotherapy medications and monitoring of chemotherapy patients.
Completion of a pharmacy practice residency or equivalent experience providing direct patient care in oncology,
Experience managing patients per CDTM.
