POSITION – CNC Operator

JOB LOCATION – Waukesha, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – DIRECT-HIRE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st and 2nd Shift

STARTING PAY – Up to $40 per hour with large boring bar machine experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma or Equivalent

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE –

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a CNC Machinist required
• Experience with Fanuc & Heidenhain Controls preferred
• Heavy manufacturing preferred and large parts experience required; large boring bar machine experience
• Mathematical Skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations required.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Properly loads and unloads material and fixturing into CNC machinery
• Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
• Understands, interprets and edits G-code programming

 

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Ability to read blueprints

· Must have solid math skills – perform mathematical equations, work with angles, fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.
